Shipping, Processing & Refunds
Shipping
Within the UK: standard shipping is free on all orders.
Outside the UK: shipping costs vary per country and are automatically calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any taxes, fees and duties charged by the receiving country. Please also note that international shipping times can vary, as they are dependent on the receiving countries' postal system. We are not responsible for any such shipping delays.
Processing times
For standard orders: We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, but as each piece is individually hand-made, please allow 3-5 working days to create and ship your order.
For custom orders: Once you have placed your order, we create the design within 3-5 working days and allow one round of edits to ensure that you're happy. We will then create and ship the piece to you. The entire process may take around 10 working days. If you need your order urgently, please let us know beforehand to discuss expedited processing.
Refunds & Replacements
Our top priority is to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If there is something wrong with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your items to discuss.
Where any refunds are due, they will be issued through the same method of payment that was used for purchase.
We cannot offer refunds on custom orders; we can only offer a replacement if your order is damaged or defective.
